Studebaker has something new and revolutionary for 1959! Introducing new model called the \"Lark\" a smaller more economical car. The car could still seat six people comfortably and hold a surprising amount of luggage. From its introduction in early 1959 until 1962, the Lark was a product of the Studebaker - Packard Corporation. The Lark was the first car of its size to offer a V8 engine. Engineering enhancements were the big news as the Lark received a performance boost. Studebaker advertised as \"The compact with Performability,\" and this was abetted by the addition of the 289 cu in (4.7L) V8 from the Hawk family sports car. Mated to an automatic transmission made this a formable road car.
Inside the 1959 Studebaker a complete instrument panel with full instrumentation. The chrome bumpers front and back are in great condition. The body is straight, and has 0 rust.
