DESCRIPTION
This 1968 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible has a triple-black style, the right upgraded features, and a proper V8 small block under the hood. So it makes for a great way to cruise an icon.
We love glossy black because, like a grand piano, you just can't help but take a few extra moments to look at the curves. This was an upgrade later in life, and today it still knows how to impress with its clean and complete style. All this darkness also draws your eye to that very distinctive white bumblebee stripe. There are more classic sporty pieces such as a chin spoiler and full-length rear spoiler for a touch of SS attitude. And those polished American Racing Torq Thrust wheels are the kind of classic upgrade you'd do in 1968, but these now have an 18-inch size to fit better modern tires. So you can really tell this one is a classic drop-top that has the right attitude for easy cruising from day one.
Beneath the black folding top is a full black interior, and that gives you a nice triple-black style. It looks good on the carpeting, door panels, seats, and smooth dash. So you can proudly drive with the top down and let people peek in as they slow down in the crosswalks. Getting a classic cruiser right means delivering the right vintage feeling. You get it with the low-back bucket seats, horseshoe shifter in the center console, and the grip of the classic three-spoke steering wheel. But classic cruising also requires the right soundtrack, and the upgraded AM/FM/CD stereo with USB and Bluetooth makes sure you get to pick what's ideal for you.
Under the hood is the Chevy 350 cubic-inch V8. It has an exceptionally tidy style There are also the right features like a four-barrel carburetor and dual exhaust. It's nothing overboard or overblown... just a fun V8 cruiser. That's why you also have good driving features like a three-speed automatic transmission and power steering. There have even been investments in upgrades like a Wilwood master cylinder, Wilwood front disc brakes, and modern sport tires on the upgraded wheels.
This Camaro Convertible has that right feel of a true classic on the road and the right flair to make driving extra fun. But the only way you get to hit the road in this one tomorrow is if you call today!
