DESCRIPTION
This 1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS tribute is a well-done upgrades package. That means upgraded style on the outside, an upgraded suspension including four-wheel disc brakes, and an upgraded crate V8 that gives this first-year Camaro a terrific heart.
The Camaro was an instant hit the moment it debuted in 1967, and so we're glad that this one keeps the classic lines we all love. But you can also instantly see there have been plenty of upgrades to give you added speedy style. The silver paint is an addition later in life that retains a good shine in the sunlight, and they eliminated the badging along the side for a sleeker appearance. This one also showcases the best first-gen performance pieces, like the cowl hood, chin spoiler, and D80 rear spoiler. And we all love the look of the hidden headlight (manual doors) Rally Sport front end. The darker silver racing stripes are a cool/subtle touch, and they even seem to go with the upgraded 17-inch US Mags wheels.
The black interior has an attractive style against the all silver exterior. This one is built with the right classic pieces that still keep this a driver-oriented environment. It includes the low-back front bucket seats, a center console, and Chevy's classic sports steering wheel. Plus, there are the right well-integrated upgrades to enhance the experience, like billet pedals and a full Dakota Digital gauge package. There's even a retro-style AM/FM digital tuner for upgraded driving music.
Under the hood is the solid look of well-built power. It's a 350 cubic-inch crate V8. This was built with a Quick Fuel four-barrel carburetor, polished mid-rise intake, finned valve covers, and long tube headers feeding sweet-sounding dual exhaust. This also has the right supporting pieces, like new Painless wiring and an aluminum radiator w/electric fan. The three-speed automatic transmission feeds into a stout 30-spline axle. It's a strong runner, and it's especially nice to take out on the road with all the added investments in the suspension. You have a tubular upper/lower control arms up front, an upgraded torque arm setup in the rear, and coilovers all around. There's also a high-speed power steering box and four-wheel power disc brake upgrade.
This is the first-year Camaro that has the best in speedy looks, and there's also the V8 power and suspension to back it up. That makes for an irresistible package you need to get your hands on right now. Call today!!!
