Body off frame restored. One of the best driving cars we have at any price. It is smooth, tight and responsive. It has everything you need including air, ps, pdb and overdrive. It was done in the early 2000s and only about 3,500 miles since. It has held up really well.
EXTERIOR: The body is laser straight down each side. Smooth even along the bottoms. The doors open and close like new. Panels fit nice. The metal flake is laid out evenly, it has a clear polished to a glass finish. It has custom painted accents. There are some blisters on the hood only, they haven't gotten worse in years. The bumpers are original. The grill is straight and shiny, it has bowtie mirrors. The 15 inch rally wheels have bright trim and BFGoodrich tires. New windshield. Jambs are painted nice, weather strips were replaced.
INTERIOR: It was gutted and restored. The metal was painted body color. Door panels, armrests, carpet, upholstery, headliner and dash pad were replaced. Upgraded Vintage Air controls and chrome vents. It has a stereo with an amplifier. It has a tilt column and a lit up shift indicator. An oil and temp gauge were neatly added below the dash. Dome light works. It's very nice inside.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It has a Goodwrench 350 crate motor with Edelbrock intake and carb and HEI ignition system. The motor is painted the color of the car. Dressed up with chrome valve covers and air cleaner. The components are painted body color.. it has aluminium pulleys. It has a Vintage Air heat and air conditioning system. Other features include power steering and power brakes. The radiator has been replaced, new shroud and fan. The battery is bolted down properly, has a disconnect switch. The wiring is all run neatly. The firewall and bottom of hood is painted to match the body, has hood insulation. The core support and fender wells are really clean metal neatly painted satin black. The motor runs as quiet as a moose in slippers, really smooth.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: It has a soft tonneau cover. Inside the bed is clean and painted to match the body. Not every dent or imperfections were straightened but it is good overall. There is a spare tire with a cover on it and a car cover included.
UNDERSIDE: The body was off the frame for restoration. The front end was completely rebuilt. Has coil over shocks in back. Looking up at the motor it is painted the color of the car. Starter looks new. Upgraded with a 700R-4 overdrive automatic also painted to match the car. New fuel tank, dual exhaust system and brakes. Upgraded to disc in front. Hoses and lines look new. The floors, rockers and inner quarters are clean metal. Prepped and sealed in undercoat. The chassis was painted black.
This is a car you can use. The upgrades make it much more reliable and comfortable. Still looking good enough to go to any car show and get compliments at the gas station.
I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my professional impression of the vehicle.
Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video that explains the car's condition in detail.
