1969 Chevrolet Camaro

There are few cars ever created that can imbue a sense of freedom and fun, quite like a first-generation Chevrolet Camaro. This particular 1969 Chevrolet Camaro convertible is very unique in the way it is being presented. Pop the hood, and you\'ll find a believed-original 307 cubic-inch (5.0-liter) V-8 motor, complete with a stock-style exhaust and GM two-barrel carburetor. That old-school engine sends power through a two-speed Powerglide automatic transmission. That powertrain rides on an independent front/leaf spring with shocks rear suspension setup. Power drum brakes at both the front and rear do an admirable job of scrubbing off speed despite their antiquated design.

Inside, black vinyl bucket seats up front, a functioning original-style AC Delco AM/FM push-button radio, woodgrain dash trim, and original-style two-spoke steering wheel all do a marvelous job of transporting you back to a time when NASA was the only company trying to get into outer space.
