DESCRIPTION

Has 70 front clip This 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle sport coupe was refurbished in 2024 and fitted with a 383ci stroker V8 linked with a Tremec six-speed manual transmission and a Detroit TrueTrac limited-slip differential. Additional equipment includes a COMP camshaft, Dart heads, long-tube headers, and a billet serpentine drive system. The car is finished in black with a red and gray stripe, and an earlier-model Chevelle front clip was installed along with an adjustable rear spoiler, a modified rear valance and quarter panels, a cowl-induction hood, and LED lighting. The car rides on a lowered suspension and 20 Forgiato wheels over four-wheel disc brakes. The cabin was reupholstered in gray vinyl and microsuede, and appointments include air conditioning, a full-length center console, Dakota Digital gauges, and a Bluetooth head unit linked to high-performance speakers. Acquired by the previous owner in 2016, this modified Chevelle is offered with a clean Nevada title. A 1970 Chevelle-style front clip was installed and features a split black grille, LED headlights, and a front air dam, while an adjustable rear spoiler, a cowl-induction hood, and black window trim were fitted during the build. The car was refinished in black with a dark gray and red stripe on the hood and trunk. A custom lower valance is fitted and the rear quarter panels were modified to accommodate the quad exhaust outlets. Black-finished Forgiato 20 wheels are shod with Toyo Extensa HP tires. The car rides on a lowered suspension with an aftermarket front sway bar and coilovers. Braking is provided by four-wheel discs with a Wilwood master cylinder and brake booster. The emergency brake is not functional. The cabin was re-trimmed in gray vinyl and microsuede over the bucket seats, full-length center console, dash pad, and door panels. Red ambient lighting and an Old Air climate control system were installed during the build, and further details include push-button start, a B&M shifter, cupholders, and a JVC Bluetooth touchscreen head unit linked with an aftermarket subwoofer and speakers. The Grant Challenger steering wheel sits on a tilting column and frames Dakota Digital instrumentation including a 160-mph speedometer and supplementary readouts. The tachometer does not work. The five-digit odometer shows 1,300 miles. Total mileage is unknown. The 383ci stroker V8 was installed in 2024, and the seller states it was assembled with Dart cylinder heads, ARP fasteners, Scorpion rockers, and a COMP Xtreme roller camshaft, valve springs, and lifters. Additional equipment includes a CVR serpentine drive setup, a Holley carburetor, an Optima battery, an MSD Pro billet distributor and ignition, and dual electric fans. Power is routed to the rear wheels through a Tremec T56 six-speed manual transmission and a Detroit TrueTrac limited-slip differential with 4.11:1 gears. Long-tube headers flow to an H-pipe midsection. Cowl vents and newer shifter will be installed SPECIAL FINANCING AVAILABLE-DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE PLEASE CALL/TEXT ANYTIME FOR ANY QUESTIONS OR SHIPPING QUOTE!! 847-848-1850
