DESCRIPTION
This 1992 Dodge Ram 150 has the unmistakable appeal of a solid V8 classic pickup. But what's surprising is that you also get extras like the bright wheels and an A/C interior to go with your value price.
Before the Dodge Ram got its streamlined styling, it was one of the most beefy/boxy pickups out there. So it's great to find one of these example where the body panels are still so crisp. And while this one still has a work-ready style, the condition of the bed, rear step bumper, and other useful features also look like they've never been abused. We also like this one because the 1992 model represent a unique front end that was only available for the last few years. It offered a little more brightwork in the grille. That seems to go quite well with the chrome front bumper as well as the upgraded 20-inch alloys borrowed from its Mopar muscle, the Challenger.
More of that useful pickup attitude is found inside, but at the same time, you get the right nice extras. For example, the rugged rubber is made even more robust by a set of HD floor mats. The bench seat is durable, but also quite cushy. And underneath the dash pad cover is smooth plastic. The factory dual-spoke steering wheel gives you a clear view to a handy full gauge package. You'll appreciate upgrades like an AM/FM/CD stereo with aux input, cup holders, and the factory air conditioning that's blowing cold with modern R134a refrigerant. It makes for a great classic truck atmosphere that also has the right creature comforts.
Under the hood is proper Dodge power. The 318 cubic-inch V8 already has a reputation for being a fine powerhouse, and this is the era of fuel injection. It even shows signs of proper maintenance with newer pieces, like the belts, hoses, and radiator. This is quite a stock setup with just an extra hint of V8 bass thanks to the glasspack-style muffler. It's a truck that's ready to hit the road, and that's why you have a three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, modern/grippy tires, and power brakes w/discs up front.
This is the vintage truck that has a hard-working style and the right features already in place. So you know you don't want to miss this Ram. Call today!!!
