800 Derita Road, Ste. A
This 1983 Ford F-100 is going to help you re-define muscle truck. It has a cool all-dark style, a performance-built polished V8, and updated suspension components. Plus, you'll see plenty of worthwhile upgrades - including a leather interior and an overdrive transmission.
You can instantly tell this truck is the aggressor. The black paint was an upgrade later in life so it continues to have a nice shine. The dark heart feeling continues with the black bed cover, tinted windows, and black 17-inch wheels. And those large exhaust tips add to the intimidation factor, too. But there's also a nice feeling of quality to the truck. It's in the details like the straight panels, complete trim, and doors that close with confidence. There's also another factor that you can appreciate with this pickup. 1983 was the last time Ford offered the F-100 model designation.
The dark attitude continues inside, but it would be hard to call this mean. After all, you have a supple leather seat that has a fold-down armrest for the ultimate in comfort. The door panels, carpeting, and headliner also have the good look of a solid investment. There are nice upgrades like an AM/FM/CD stereo with Bluetooth and provisions for air conditioning (it will need servicing and components.) And while this is a nice place to spend some time, it also is a true performance pickup. That's why you have upgrades like the Grant GT sports steering wheel, auxiliary gauge trio, and a Painless switch box for the ignition.
The engine bay has a terrific presentation of the 302 cubic-inch V8. There's plenty of polish on the components, and the ribbed Edelbrock accessories give it some sporty style. There are even useful details like the steel braided lines, electric fan, and the battery moved to the bed. Plus, it has go-fast goodies like a Holley four-barrel carburetor, an Edelbrock intake, and long tube headers feeding the dual exhaust. We're also told this has an upgraded performance cam, and its meaner attitude and growl back up this feeling. More than just powerful, you have a nice all-around driver. There are newer suspension components - including bushing - and the four-speed automatic transmission gives you highway-friendly overdrive. Add in power steering, power brakes w/discs up front, and modern Hankook Ventus tires, and this is one terrifically upgraded muscle truck.
This is the last of the F-100s, and this example is powerful, distinct, and quite affordable. So you know this is the custom truck that you need to get your hands on right now before it's gone. Call now!
