DESCRIPTION
Nothing says ‘60’s Muscle like a ‘66 Chevelle and this Malibu looks better than the day it left the factory, laser straight down the sides and beautiful from every angle. Factory original with some tasteful modern updates. This is one of cleanest designs Chevrolet ever came up with and you will find yourself turning down offers to buy every time you take it out. A time machine and a timeless classic very tastefully done. A very high quality driver.
The ‘67 Camaro was Chevy’s answer to Ford’s Mustang, but before that came its big brother, the mid-size Chevelle. Lean and muscular, it was soon to become the ultimate expression of the Golden Era of the Muscle Car Wars. Malibu competed with Lemans and Cutlass with its classy good looks while it earned its Street Cred. Comes with the original owner’s manual, warranty info and protection plan. Clean and clear title in Owner’s name.
Lemonwood Yellow/Black Vinyl Top/Black Interior is a very classy way to go in a Malibu. This combination really accentuates its understated muscular curves and sharp edges. A set of Boss Wheels wrapped in wide rubber fills out those wheel wells and gives it some modern flair while looking perfectly in proportion. Blacked out grill and tail add to its rugged good looks and the suspension has the perfect stance. Those bumper guards are rare and look just right.
Beautiful Black vinyl interior with split bench seats and A/C. The super clean lines make for a very inviting time machine back to the sixties. The sweeping dash layout is handsome with just the right amount of chrome. Aftermarket under dash gauges are period correct in chrome bezel and monitor your engine’s vitals of oil pressure, amperage and oil temperature. Factory A/C blows cold, factory radio provides the tunes and defroster keeps your view unlimited.
Time Tested and Bulletproof, Small Block Chevy power here with the original Turbo-Fire 275hp 327 V8 hooked up to a PowerGlide automatic transmission. The engine compartment is pristine and uncluttered. Everything looks factory fresh. Smooth power and great balance with a very low cost of maintenance and an unlimited supply of performance upgrades available. Plenty of low end torque and cruising power with the legendary 327.
No issues. This one is in turn-key condition and is ready to cruise. It runs and drives better than new. The big diameter wheels and tires look as if they were born for this body style and greatly improve the handling. Engine runs strong and smooth, transmission shifts positively, brakes are firm and suspension is tight. From top to bottom this is top quality workmanship. Chrome shines brightly. The trunk and undercarriage are also super clean.
Chevelles will always go up in value and as the ‘70 Chevelle SS continues to skyrocket into Automotive Art Collections, the earlier ones are rising with them. This is a stellar example of 1966 and you won’t find one cleaner that has not been hot rodded. It’s a high end driver you don’t have to be afraid to exercise. It wants to cruise and you will be turning heads wherever you go as you enjoy the ride and enjoy your wise investment sense. Don’t miss it!
