DESCRIPTION
This 1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS hits all the right high notes with its enhanced small block power, a driver-focused interior, and a cool color combo. Plus, it's always awesome to have a real-deal Rally Sport.
The cowl tag reveals a lot of good stuff about this Camaro. First, it says this is a factory Bolero Red. It was refreshed later in life, so it's the right mix of a driver-ready style that still has a nice brightness to get your enthusiast's heart racing. Plus, this has good fundamentals with straight body lines, good gaps, pliable weather-stripping, and nice brightwork. There are also right eye-catching features for a sports car. The 3L in the trim tag means this is a real-deal Rally Sport, and so it's great to have the blackout grille with the hidden headlight front end coming from the factory. And that dark style works well with the chin spoiler, blackout rear panel, and painted D91 hood stripe. Add in the tall cowl hood, SS badging, rear spoiler, and 15-inch Rally wheels, and this has been upgraded with all the right sporty style.
Dark interiors make for a nice contrast to boldly bright exteriors, and the full black package goes well with the black exterior accents. You'll also appreciate the interior details. Some are classic pieces, like the working dome light and the trim tag even tells us this was a rare fold-down rear seat car (but it's no longer present.) And there are also cool upgrades like the wireless Bluetooth radio you control with your phone and the SS insignia on the center console lights up with the headlights. But most of all, you'll appreciate the driver-oriented style. You have front bucket seats, a grippy SS steering wheel, a large speedo and tach in front of you, and auxiliary readouts on the center console. And the upgrade to a Hurst Quarter Stick shifter is a sign of more upgrades under the hood.
Powering this Camaro is a 350 cubic-inch V8. It looks quite nice on a clean engine bay with the bold orange block, black Chevy air grabber, polished components, and an overall tidy style. And it has the right pieces for added pep. This includes a Holley four-barrel carburetor, an Edelbrock aluminum intake, and headers feeding into a dual exhaust. It fires up readily with a throaty tune from the Flowmaster mufflers. And the three-speed automatic transmission has a shift kit to really maximize performance. And because you want this to be a solid all-around driver, you also have power steering, power brakes, and wide Uniroyal Tiger Paw tires on larger 15-inch wheels.
This has the style, features, and power you love. So don't let this first-year real-deal RS Camaro slip away. Call now!
