This 1955 Chevy 150 Sedan Gasser is a throwback to the best era in Tri Five history. Where the favorite past time was to go out and watch the cars, their drivers, and their gals have the best fun ever on a Friday night. This is just what everyone showed up to see. Turned up with PPG 2 Stage Enamel Red Metallic, with graphics by Larry Fator and Frye. Fiberglass tilt nose, rear push bar, and radiused rear wheel openings. Power is a Built 383 with Hilborn Injection, Joe Hunt Magnetos, and Stahl Fenderwell headers all backed by a Muncie Close Ratio 4-speed transmission. Aluminum radiator with dual electric fans. Ford 9 inch with 4:11 gears, front disc brakes and rear drum brakes, Koni shocks, F-Stock front A arms with lift kit, and re-arched rear springs. Pump gas engine. Inside is all custom with traditional roll bar and features naugahyde Mustang bucket seats, Stewart Warner gauges, and cool 1958 Corvette steering wheel. Thank goodness rolled white sleeve T shirts and dark cuffed jeans are cool again. This is one retro ride you will want in your collection.
