1959 Ford Galaxie 500 2 door sedan (post car... and yes it does look like a hardtop but theres definitely a post & a solid metal frame around the drivers door ) it has all the Galaxie 500 stainless trim in place and in good shape. MORE PICTURES...MORE PICTURES...Because of a glitch in the old ride ad software I cant add more pictures to this ad, thus they told me to create another duplicate ad and add my additional pictures there, so for more pictures go to our other ad listing of this 1959 Ford Galaxy 500 2-door sedan. The car from the side at a distance looks like a hardtop car because of the Stainless around the front and back windows & on the post. The front and rear bumpers are straight and would look good as they are for a driver. All four hub caps are in place & the tires hold air but they are older.
This was a running driving car 3 years ago before it was parked. This is a very solid Western car with solid floors trunk rockers and quarters and all glass is good... and the floor and trunk floors both retain most of the red paint from the factory. The only bad places on the car are between the door and the front wheel opening lower on both sides ( I call it the fender flag area) & A small area behind the drivers door down low. This is a hundred percent complete car with the original or orginal style V-8.
I just got to the lot on Monday, September 30 and have not tried to prep it for starting but Im sure it well without any problems. I will report back to this ad with the results as to whether it runs and drives.
