The full dark package on a 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 396 Tribute already makes it attractive. And so when it has the right stance and true big block power to back it up, that makes for the kind of muscle machine you'll love.
The black paint was recently buffed to a high-gloss shine, which gives this Chevelle a nice hint of both performance and premium. It helps to highlight the well-creased lines that the GM designers worked so hard to create over a half-century ago. And this also has the right Super Sport details like the dark front grille, blackout rear, correct badging, and ribbed rockers. Plus, you a can instantly tell this is an upgraded machine. The 18-inch alloys give this a speedy stance. And the upgrade to the cowl hood lets onlookers know there's a beast under there (and this one does!)
Inside the darkness continues with the seats, carpeting, dash, and side panels creating a muscle car blackout package. There's nice room for family and friends, but really, all this Chevelle needs is you. That's why you get bucket seats, a center console, and grippy three-spoke SS sports steering wheel. Beyond that, the driver gets the full view of the era correct wide gauge cluster, and the upgraded auxiliary readouts are cleanly installed under the dash. We love these hardtops, because you can roll down all the windows and show off the pillarless profile. And you even get you choice of driving tunes with the upgraded retro-style AM/FM digital tuner that includes an aux input for your iPod.
Under the hood, the bright orange block is freshly painted for boldness. It combines with the shining valve covers and air topper all look like it's radiating power from within the dark engine bay. And this big block lives up to its powerful looks. Not only do you a have a proper 402 cubic-inch motor, but it has also been upgraded with go-fast goodies, like a Holley four-barrel carburetor, Weiand Stealth aluminum intake, and long tube headers that add power while feeding the rumbling dual exhaust. It's the kind of coupe you're going to want to cruise everywhere, and so it has the right driving features, like a three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, and modern sport tires on those upgraded wheels.
A big block blackout package makes for a proper tribute to one of the most awesome muscle machines to hit the road. That's why you know you need to get your hands on this one. Call today!!!
