By 1937, Chevrolet had reshaped its passenger-car lineup, with the Master replacing the lower-priced Standard Six and wearing the streamlined styling influenced by Harley Earl\'s Art and Color Section. Surviving coupes have become especially desirable raw material for traditional hot rods, and this chopped two-door takes that prewar shape in a decidedly more muscular direction.
