800 Derita Road, Ste. A
This 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Twin-Turbo 454 Pro Touring is a mouthful to say. And that's because it takes a ton to fully describe a car that has been custom-built over every inch to be stylish, comfortable, modern, and truly mean. And because this was all completed only about a year ago, and less than 1,800 miles put on it, the full package impresses for its freshness, too.
White paint is bright and vivid when done right. So when you have a quality investment on a build so fresh, then you really understand how this one looks like it could almost glow in the dark. In fact, darkness is a key part of this coupe's package with the grille, bezels, trim, and hood pins are done in a high contrast black. There's even a blackout look to the deeply tinted windows. There is a more modern powerhouse under the hood, and while we'll get to those details in a moment, you also instantly know this one has been upgraded by its presentation. It's in the big things, like how the color-matched bumpers give this a contemporary look. And those black Budnik wheels have an 18/19 inch front/rear stagger to give an aggressive stance while also fitting modern tires. Plus, the front and rear spoilers look like they could have been borrowed from a NASCAR racer. And while the colors tell the story of a thoughtful build, the way it all fits together tells you there was a ton of extra time and money that went into the overall quality.
The blackout continues inside. Fresh carpeting, custom door panels, a new headliner, a smooth dash, and supple leather upholstery are all there to make sure the fundamentals impress. There's a thoughtful list of features. The power windows let you take down all the glass on this pillarless hardtop without ever leaving the driver's seat; the AM/FM/CD stereo has Bluetooth for the best in driving music; and the air conditioning means you can be open to the world with your tunes going even in the summertime. And a car like this is also a true driver's package. That's why you have new TMI bucket seats up front with a center console in-between. The classic Chevy three-spoke sports steering wheel is mounted on a tilt column, and that gives you a clear view of the Dakota Digital gauge package. And the push-button transmission selector is a very cool touch to remind you how special this full build is.
The engine bay has the distinct look of serious hardware, and this tidy and fresh build makes sure you're always going to put this unique powerhouse on display. A 454 cubic-inch motor is a desirable engine to have, but that's not the first item you're going to be telling people. It's because everyone will want to know about the awesome twin-turbo setup feeding that V8. It's a complete package with two 76mm turbochargers, 44mm wastegate, 50mm blow-off valve, and intercooler with Spal fans. Oh yeah, this is an awesome power setup. Plus, that big block V8 is a hardy setup, too that has been enhanced and fortified with an aluminum intake, GM steel crank, a hydraulic roller cam, gen V rectangle port heads, and CX Racing headers. There's even a FAST electronic fuel injection system upgraded with AEM water-methanol injection. It's said this full custom package can deliver 1,000 horsepower on race gas! The transmission is a fully built 4L80E four-speed auto with AAC 2600 lock-up stall converter and FAST trans controller. It feeds a PST aluminum driveshaft on its way to a Ford 9-inch rear with 31-spline Moser axles and TrueTrac diff. As you look underneath, you can see the aftermarket Roadster Shop Chassis, adjustable coilovers, and fully upgraded and reinforced suspension. So it knows how to handle the big power. Rack & pinion power steering, grippy sport tires, and Wilwood four-wheel disc brakes all mean you really get to harness the full power of this turbo Chevy.
This is the iconic Chevelle look you love that has been upgraded to be the meanest machine out there. So when you want a car with an instant attitude and the power to back it up, you need this one-of-a-kind fresh build. Call now!
