Belgium’s Ardennen junkyard

Filip sent us these pictures from a junkyard in Belgium’s Ardennen. Mostly American cars, as the owner and his dad bought many scrap cars from Shape bases in Belgium and France, over 400 cars and “who knows how many parts” on three different yards by 1 owner, now being dismantled, due to very strict laws on junkyards.

Where is this ?, I travel frequently to the US (from Holland)to check out classic salvage yards, and this could be just two hours driving from my home, can anyone help me out to find this location ? (if it is still there)

when I see pics like this I just wish that the people whoever owns these cars would just give others a chance to buy these cars and let them restore them back to what they once were. Whats to be gained by letting them rot into the ground? I just don't get it.

i usualy like to be pretty positive in seeing potential when when it comes to salvaging these old rusty deralects, but most of these look pretty toast. The car on the far rights body looks ok, and that's a cool picture of the flat head
