I'm not too sure, but an old flea-market in my town is selling one of these. Of course, it still has an interior, tires, wheels, suspension, frame, engine, etc.etc.etc. Still this would be a nice thing to have for my bedroom

This is a 38-47 Ford COE. You can tell by the stamped molding that runs below the window and curves down behind the grille, and also the cowl vent on the side
