Looks like a reflection off the rocker stainless. Lots of these had a piece of trim along the rocker, which would catch salt and moisture rotting the rocker that much faster. I dig these cars (actually anything from the early 50s). Much more common than my 53 Plybomb coupe.

Are those side pipes?She looks like she might have been cought in a flood a shame because these are great starter cars for someones firs custom.

Lot of these still around and much less expensive than the tri five Chevies.
