My great aunt had one similar to this one also.It was that pale ugly green.To a little kid that was a big car.My fifty Dodge looks a lot like this car also.Including the rust and primer.
This looks like one rusty son of a gun. Wire welder, lots of sheet metal and spare time for this one. I welded in floors, rockers and many other patch panels with my 53 Cranbrook and this Hernando looks far worse.
what road and what town is this in?
it doesn't look like its been there too long, the tires are still above ground

The carry all isn't carrying much these days.....
sadly down the road was a neat little junkyard that was closed by the new people moving into the area.it was all 50s cars.the other two yards in the near by area met the same fate.
Any idea if this car is still around?
