I would guess it a late 20s chevy but with out seeing the front its hard to tell.Like legratrodder my Ky climate is not kind to long term out side tin.

how can it be started? the ignition system was stripped by the "car buzzards" that can be found in America.

At least it's in a dry climate. I live in the northeast and they rot away exposed to the weather for that long. Is this a Chevy?
