2nd gen 55 or 56. 1955 I think if my old eyes see badge right..Lots of rust.Looks like front fender ready to start waving.Like the 55-57 a lot in looks.

Tinworms have really been at this and these others. I grew up in Massachusetts and remember lots like this, full of rust buckets, when we were kids.
