1947 Dodge Pickup Truck in West Central Illinois
Is that a late 50's/early 60's Impala next to it? Thats two counts of "Man-Iculer Vehicle-Slaughter" Punishable by DEATH!
Nope the body style in this picture is from 39-47...then they changed
Is a 1948 cab 1/2 ton same as 1947 1/2 ton?

Hey Shagrat, Awesome truck! I'm A Chevy man, but that's a cool truck! Hope to see it at a later time when you have done some work to it!
I'll take the Corvair parked next to the truck.
im looking for a dodge truck from 1954 to 1940 if anybody knows wherei can get one under 5000, please do tell
I'm putting in a low mile '75 225 slant six out of a Valiant. I'll be adding a mild cam and an Eaton M90 supercharger out of a t-bird super-coupe.
shagrat, i've got two of these.
tell us more about the slant 6 power
way to go shag, we don't see many of the ole dodge's on the road.
good for you for saving it
This truck is now residing in my garage, and is going to be a slant 6 powered rat-rod. Eventually it will get bodywork and shiney paint. If you look closely behind the truck, you can see that old Chevy bus through the trees.
