If you saw a pile of Escorts, Corsicas, Omnis today, you wouldn't think twice about it. That's how it was in the 60's. They were old and wornout. Still makes me sad.

Oh lordy, lookit all that great iron. I wonder how many early hemis, y-blocks and flatheads are in there. Maybe I don't wanna know.

Back then it was Lady Bird Johnson's thing to clean up America by "recycling" stuff like this. Lots of good tin gone forever.
