Hi I am Tom. I am a new member here. I was wondering the optional gear ratios of the 66 1/2 chevys. I know of the 4.10 and 3.90, But I am wondering if there were more options. Axle is a GM 12 bolt truck axle. Stock. Thanks.

sorry missed the5 for the 5/8 in spacer
according to HOLLANDER INTERCHANGE MANUAL there are 3 ratios available the 3.07 requires use of a different carrier case . the other two are 4.11 and 3.73 there are two different pinion lengths one uses a /8 in spacer and the other a 2 5/16 in spacer . the GM CARS USED 2.29 2.73 2.56 3.73 3.31 3.55 3.07 4.88 4.56 AND 4.10 IN THEIR 12 BOLT REAR ENDS. after market gear makers would have info about possible fit.
