How do I change my username?

At this time, due to security reasons, OldRide members are not allowed to change their usernames. However you can submit a request to have you username changed on our OldRide Support page.

I lost my password, can you help me login?

If you have forgotten your password, click here to reset your password. An email will be sent to your inbox, which contains a link that will allow you to reset your password.

I can't login to my account.

I need to make a change to my event listed on OldRide but I can't.

If you created an event listing with your MyOldRide account you should be able to login and make changes to your listing. Simply click on the 'My Events on OldRide' link to get started. If you do not have a OldRide membership or you created an account after you posted your event, please contact OldRide Support and we will assist you in making the necessary changes.

How do I modify my Club listing?

At this time, members are unable to edit their club listing. However, if you would like to forward the changes to OldRide Support, we can update your Club for you. Please include the name of your Club as well as where you Club is located.

How do I confirm my Account?

To confirm you MyOldRide Account, you will need to click on the link provided in the welcome email you received when you first joined. If you did not receive this link or have already deleted your email, you can resend yourself another link. Simply login to your account and look under Notes & Reminders for a link to send a new confirmation email.
