Refund Policy

You may submit a request for a Refund or Credit if you feel at any time that you submitted a legitimate ad, and due to error your ad was never posted on OldRide, we will Refund or Credit the full purchase price of that advertisement, and/or assist you in re-submitting and posting the advertisement.

Here's how to request a Refund or Credit:

  1. E-mail us at support@oldride.com 
  2. State that you incurred problems and that you paid for the ad submission and your ad was never posted. 
  3. Make sure that you have given us your Merchant Name, Registered User Name or a Contact Name, so that we can identify you and apply the proper Refund/Credit with your request. 
  4. In order to help us identify the errors, please include any additional information that may be useful, such as the invoice #, ad title, contact #, and e-mail.

OldRide will generally apply credits to your account within 1-14 business days. If we have any questions about your Refund or Credit request we will contact you.

It is the sole discretion of OldRide to offer a refund. 

  • Please be sure your Refund or Credit request is accurate and valid.
  • Added Enhancement fees that are charged at the time of the listing and are non-refundable.
  •  In the event that you account is suspended for any reason, all amounts due on your seller account will immediately become due and payable.  OldRide reserves the right to charge any amounts you have not previously disputed to your bill.
