Original factory Yellow paint with restored Tan Interior. Same family has owned this car for over 25 years from California. A survivor with no collision damage and very minimal rust. Block #KD53405E. Body/Paint: Excellent body/frame. Highlights of This Car
Excellent Original Car with Some Restoration
27,137 Original Miles, Original Factory Yellow Paint!
Needs trans synchro work.
VIN: CF5715U
Mileage: 27137
Color Original Factory Yellow Paint!
Engine: Rebuilt Engine.
Trans: 4spd Manual Overdrive Unit included but not installed
Options: Overdrive Unit included in sale
Condition:
Light surface rust in areas of underbody. Only rust hole believed to be in battery box area. Good panel fit. No sag to doors. Nice original paint, with numerous small paint flaws, such as rock chips in lower front valance, etc. Prev. owner touched up rock chips with mismatched yellow paint. Retouching with correct color paint will do wonders-I would not repaint this car as it still has shiny, original paint. LH door and rear fender were partially resprayed years ago. New windshield and seals. Engine/Trans: Engine rebuilt several years ago. Strong, tight engine. @$1,000 recent carb rebuild service. Rear end is quiet. Trans has habit of slipping out of 3rd gear-probably synchros need replacing. $695 pro-rebuild available from OR shop, if buyer chooses this route. Interior: Restored seats and vinyl panels several years ago. Driver seat foam bolster installed wrong. Carpets are good. Wood dash fair, but varnish ing or missing at either end of dash. Original AM/FM radio. Nice leather steering wheel. Knobs and switches overall very good. Softop is decent, but some snaps missing. Trim/Chrome: Chrome is good overall. Bumpers straight, with light pitting in places. RH rear backup lens ed. Wheels/Tires: Almost new Cooper Radial tires. Exc. Chrome beauty rings. Light rust spots on steel wheels. This car came with records, receipts, and Repair Manual.
