 Vehicle Description
After Triumph introduced the TR6 in 1969, it rapidly became the best-selling model of the TR lineup yet. And after driving one, I can understand why. As the successor to the very capable and stylish TR4 and TR250, the TR6 got some nice performance upgrades and simply does everything better.

Standard features for the TR6 included independent rear suspension, front disc brakes and rack-and-pinion steering. And they all came to the US with a smooth-running, powerful straight-6 with twin sidedraft carburetors mated to a four-speed manual gearbox. The TR6 also came standard with 15-inch wheels and relatively wide tires (for its era), providing excellent grip and road handling characteristics.

In short, they're tight, responsive and very fun to drive.

This 1974 TR6 was garage-kept and driven sparingly by the previous owner. It's a rust-free example in its original color, white. The interior is in excellent shape, with correct Smiths gauges. All gauges and electricals are working properly; the seats, top and cover are all in good condition.

This car also underwent a recent oil service and had its steering rack bushings replaced. This is undoubtedly a "turn key" example that needs nothing except to be enjoyed.

This well-tuned example sounds good, looks good and feels good and provides great handling and lots of style for a great value. Give us a call at 404-692-5250 if you're interested in learning more.
