I have "For Sale" a 4-speed Ford / Mercury top-loader transmission. I removed this transmission from my 428SCJ Mustang way back in the early 70's when I was drag racing to install an automatic. It had only 19,000
original miles when removed & worked great. Been in warm / dry storage
in my shop attic ever since.
Yes this top-loader has the 1-3/8 inch input shaft & is bullet proof. Its
the best 4-speed Ford had to offer for their torque monsters of the day.
I also have the console shifter with linkage for sale seperately.
Cash & Paypal accepted - Local pick up is preferred, but might be willing
to strap it to a wooden pallet & make myself available if "YOU" pay for & make all the arrangements for pick up.
