Hi, I flipped a house a number of years ago,a really old house. An was knocking down this old piece of crap shed. I always like mixing the old with the new,and took a look inside. Was nasty in there! But on one wall I seen all these old auto lic. Plates nailed to the wall. I couldn,t believe how old some of them were. So I took them all down. I found this huge plate a 1947 in perfect shape, just a little rusty and faded. And all the rest the same way, some hurting really bad but just needed some tlc. So I was going to send them all out to be sandblasted to remove all rust without damaging them. Then prime and paint them back to there original colour! Then hang them in my rec room! What a conversation they would keep going for hours! As I was washing and scrubbing them in just soap and water. I\'m very mechanically inclined and can restore them for you.
