I have 2 (two) 1957 stainless steel hub caps with the Premiere Star insert. The insert is unbroken with normal wear and scuffs as expected with age. The white paint is off of the back of the insert. The stainless steel caps are in very good condition and show normal wear with age. Both inserts are unbroken but have the paint off of the back. The back of the hub caps still have some dirt/grime build-up on them. No chemicals were used to clean except Windex.
