1953 International 200 diamond blue

I'm selling the diamond blue 200 engine and tranny it turns over but doesn't not start I did a compression test and the compression is all over the board so this motor will need new rings but should be rebuilt. We are building a one off custom with the international so we are selling the power train motor and tranny and shoe horning a 50 caddy power train.
