502 Big Block Chevy, NEW! Never Run!. This engine started out as a GM 450 hp. 510 pd. Ft. torque crate engine. The head’s are square port. They were pulled off Milled .020” to bump the compression. The non-adjustable valve train has been replaced with ARP. 7/16” studs (the heads were drilled and tapped for them). Manley guide plates and a new set of Speed-pro long slot rocker arm’s. I don’t use roller rocker’s on hydraulic camshaft’s. The head’s have a HI-Velocity Intake port job and the exhaust have been ported and bowl work has been done. The cam was changed from the factory 502 to one with a more aggressive profile. Duration at .050” Intake 222 Exhaust 236
Lift is .497 intake .510 Exhaust and a 114 degree lobe center. True roller timing chain. New water pump and flex-plate.
The fuel-Injection is a fully programmable Accell Super-Ram 1000 cfm. Port injection unit. It has been Powder-coated Candy Red and Black wrinkle finish. The valve covers have been Powder-coated to match. It comes complete with wiring harness, All sensors, computer, fuel pump and filter, a weld-in O2 sensor bung, Air filter and fuel line fittings.
The turbo-400 transmission is rebuilt with a heavy-duty Input shaft and drum (these two parts were used, they were inspected and in perfect condition) Borg-Warner blue clutches, hardened steel’s, New band’s, and a Modified TransGo Tow and Go shift kit.
I set this up to handle the torque of this engine.
Everything is NEW! Never Run
I build Engine’s for a living, and I spared no expense on this combination Almost $11,000 to put this together $7500
