| three 55-64 chevrolet passenger car rear axle center sections. two are P cases with 4.10 gears and stock chey positraction units. one was rebuilt with all new parts ( i took it out of my 57 corvette) so it worked well. second is also a 4.10 gear, P case with stock positraction center. i have completely disassembled this unit and it looks very good. reassembled with a new pinion seal. last unit is a 4.88 gear with chevy positraction center. it came out of a 58 corvette years ago. has a chipped tooth on the ring gear but will not cause a problem s it ran a long time that way. i have not had this one apart. date codes are available if you are interested. |
