Ford 9 Inch Disc Brake Conversion Kit Bolt On BCCP
Convert your Large Bearing 9 Inch Ford Differential from Drum
Brakes to Disc Brakes. The Disc Brake Conversion Kit comes
complete with everything you see in the Photo, including
Universal E-Brake Cables (Universal E-Brake Cables may require
fabrication for correct installation).
The Vented Rotors are 11.5" and have a Center Opening of 2.78".
The rotors are drilled for both the Ford 5 on 4.5 using 1/2" studs
or GM 5 on 4.75 using 7/16" studs. Axle shaft flange OD maximum
is 6.25" to fit inside the rotor (if your axle shaft flange is
larger than 6.25" you will need to turn your flange down to fit).
This Disc Brake Conversion Kit is a true Bolt On Rear Disc Brake
Conversion.
Dimensions for Axle Housing Flange are, Horizontal 3.50 and 3.562
Vertical 2.375 and 2.00, Old style/New style.
Please Note; Check your Axle to be sure of Bearing
Size as this Kit is for the Large Bearing 9 inch Axle.
(NOTE: A Small Bearing Kit is available, Same Price.)

longer wheel studs and 15" rims are required for
for caliper clearance.

additional cost.
