This 2000 Harley XL1200C has been well taken care of. The bike has never been laid down, as it has no scratches on the tank or frame. This is a one owner Harley that was featured in the May 2002 Hot Bike Magazine. Bike is being sold on a clean California title. Included is the original owners manual. The VIN is 1HD1CGP38YK121829. The paint looks fantastic. There is a small chip in the paint on the gas tank, and the front fender has a chip and a couple of very minor surface scratches. The rear fender looks great. All of the chrome is shiny and bright, with no pitting. This motorcycle has been garaged its whole life. The 1200cc 4-stroke twin is super and emits a GREAT rumble. The beautiful black and orange paint looks great with no major scratches or dings and is in great condition. This bike has 95 bhp and is 65 pounds lighter than stock. This Harley has a upgraded JMC swing arm, Rev Tech front suspension, progressive rear shocks, Flanders bars, Rev Tech tack/speedometer, Banke shifter, Crossroads brake controls, Brembo front brake, Banke adjustable triple trees, flush gas cap, pingle petcock, steel braided brake lines, chain secondary and a corbin seat. There is a new instrument, lights, gears and tail pack. The pipes that emit a great exhaust rumble in that classic Harley sound. There is no odometer on this bike. The chrome spoke wheels look great. They are wrapped in a 140/70 V18 tire in the rear and a 100/90 V19 tire in the front. Both have tons of life left. The black leather seat is in great shape and only shows some very minor wear. Included with the bike is a bolt on bag with many extra parts and spares. The bike operates flawlessly and is a sheer delight to ride. The tons of world famous Harley grunt comes from the impressive 1200 twin. GET OUT AND DRIVE! |
