| Vehicle Description |
| Motoexotica is pleased to present this incredible completely hand fabricated motorcycle dubbed the "Road Shark." This is an incredible, one of a kind, hand made motorcycle from amazing metal artisan, John Holt. It was completed in 2007. It only has a few test miles. Its mechanically sound. The carb may need to have the jet drilled a little larger. Its an EPA approved carb which is good for getting it approved but it seems to need more gas in second gear. The body is 6061 aluminum bare, no paint. The only paint is on the forks if you can call them that. This new piece of rolling art features: - Body is made from 6061 aluminum - Frame is made from one inch tubing - Motor is a 725 CC 27HP Kohler - 5 speed Revtech trans - Old school style dry clutch - Springer horizontal front end - Fat boy wheels - Harley hand controls - 11.5" brake rotors front and rear - Gas tank hold about 5 gallons - Metzeler tires - Dual brake lights - Dual driving lights - Turn signals - Dual head lights It is a completely fabricated bike. There are lots of hand made and machined parts. Body panels are hand formed 6061 on a 1" steel tube frame. Front forks are steel and stainless and are painted with an aluminum auto acrylic. All used parts have been cleaned repainted or resurfaced. The body is protected with a product called REJECTS. Its like a wax but bonds to the metal. Seem to work very well, no fingerprint or oxidation on the alum in almost 8 months. It has been in Barnetts magazine and a few others. Under the seat are the electrical box and a place for storage. The frame is coated with truck bed liner. Here is the tech. info. New parts Engine- 27hp 725cc Kohler Front tire Metzler 130/90-16 Rear tire Metzler 160/90-16 Drive belts Gates 1 1/8-1 1/2 Front brake GMA on an 11.5 stainless rotor Clycletron battery Axle seals Rear brake pads Rear master cylinder Cables/hoses All fabricated materials Kevlar clutch Lights-all Horn Wireing/Breakers/Box etc Used parts Handcontrols H-D 01 Wheels H-D 01 fatboy Trans 5 speed Revtech 05? 2500 miles Old school clutch basket Rear brake caliper H-D 01 Rear brake rotor 11.5 H-D Drive sprockets H-D Sportster Foot pegs Steering stabilizer This is a fully functioning motorcycle with only about 1 hour of driving and sorting time. It has only "test drive" miles on it. It has not been registered and has not received VIN. The new owner can choose to pursue that process or simply display it. Whether you like the design of this motorcycle or not, you must admit that it can be an amazing marketing device. Put it in the window of your bar or restaurant and it will attract a crowd. Be creative and put your logo on the bike and park it in front of your establishment There is no title, it is being sold on a Bill of Sale only. Consistent with the builders other masterpieces, this amazing "Road Shark" will stop traffic anywhere it goes. The skill and talent possessed by the builder is beyond comprehension. It is truly a one of a kind unique vehicle. In addition, the bike is in new condition with only approximately 10 miles of usage. GET OUT AND RIDE! No Gauges or VIN. Please note that this bike may pose some emissions or insurance challenges in your state (especially California). I cannot be up on motor vehicle regulations for all 50 states so it is up to you to investigate prior to bidding. |
