| If you are looking for a mid size cruiser for not a lot of money, then you have found it. This is Kawasakis Vulcan 900 Classic LT Motorcycle. Kawasaki accessorizes the Vulcan 900 LT with saddlebags, a special seat, passenger backrest and an adjustable windshield. The saddlebags are made of reinforced top grain cowhide that has been carefully selected to minimize leather flaws and deep-dyed so the finish cant be scraped off. With only 6,200 miles the bike still appears brand new with no imperfections to be found. The Vulcan employs a low-maintenance belt drive to keep the overall weight down and improve rear-end styling. Any mention of rear-end styling has to include this units use of a large, 180mm wide rear tire, and largest in the category. The beefy, "big-bike" look inherited with the larger tire adds to the guttural, classic V-twin sound that is produced by the use of a single-pin crankshaft. Both look and sound evoke the feel of a much larger motorcycle. The 9003 cc SOHC V-twin sounds great coming from its dual, angled cut exhaust pipes. This is a smooth running motorcycle that doesnt give you the rattle your teeth out feel that a lot of other cruisers do thanks to the rubber mounted V-twin. Both tires have good tread life left on them and show no dry rot or unusual wear. The bike currently shows 6,197 miles and is being sold on a Missouri title with VIN number JKAVN2D177A011131. |
