The Ford F-Series is a series of full-size pickup trucks built and produced by the Ford Motor Company. First introduced in 1948 the F-series pickup truck was available as three models, including the F-1 half-ton, F-2 three-quarter-ton and F-3 Heavy Duty. In 1953 the F-series was redesigned with a more integrated look and given there current names: F-100, F-250, and the heavy-duty F-350. The F-Series Ford trucks have went on to become one of the best selling trucks in America, produced and sold for more than 5 decades.
