Cadillac

Known for Luxury, Cadillac is part of General Motors. The creator, Henry Leland helped form the company after persuading William Murphy and Lemuel Bowen, Henry Fords financial backers to continue in business and reform the Henry Ford Motor Company.
On August 22, 1902, the company reformed as the Cadillac Automobile Company. In 1909 Cadillac was purchased by General Motors.
