1979 Dodge Li'l Red Express

In its second and last year of production, Medium Canyon Red was the color choice for the 1979 Dodge Li'l Red Express Truck. Red or black trim was available again on the inside and the wheel openings glittered with gold accent stripes. The dual exhaust system with chrome-plated vertical tailpipes mounted behind the cab gave it that semi-truck look. Other features include a 360 V8 engine with 4-barrel carburetor, automatic transmission and power steering. The Li'l Red Truck is truly a customized vehicle for the avid Dodge enthusiast and it came fully equipped from the factory. Consequently, the Li'l RED TRUCK was not available for sale in California and did not meet special noise standards in Rockford, Illinois and Murray, Utah.
