Much remained the same for the 1973 Cuda, changes included the six cylinder engine which was removed from the line up and the entry level model now had the 318 V8. Optional was the 340 V8 which came standard on the 'Cuda. In mid year, the 340 was replaced by a new 360 V8 with 245 hp, a 5hp increase from the 240hp that the 340 put out.
