| Motoexotica is offering another fantastic Mustang. This 2001 Roush Mustang is 101 of 103 Stage 3 coupes that were made in 2001 and one of only 20 that were in Mineral Gray. The Stage 3 Premium Package is the top of the line package that includes everything in the Rally Group plus leather sport seats (with Roush logos), subframe connectors (which reduce chassis flex) and upgraded brakes. Massive, four-piston Alcon calipers up front put the squeeze on 14" rotors in the front, while 13-inch rotors and two-piston calipers handle the braking duties at the rear. This particular car was built July 18th, 2001 and was originally delivered to Archley Ford in Omaha Nebraska. The car was serviced there until October 2003. We have copies of those service records. We have a clean Carfax on the car that shows 3 owners. With only 18,000 miles showing, the car has been rarely driven and babied for all of its life. The paint on the car is in excellent condition and shows no major imperfections anywhere. The ground effects are in great shape and have no cracks or damage. The paint is original and it appears that no panels have ever been resprayed. The wheels are the upgraded 18" Roush wheels that look great with no major curb rash to any of them. Inside, the leather seats are in great condition and show no major wear. They are the special, two tone Roush seats that are power and work with no problems. New Roush floor mats have been installed that look great. Dash is solid with no cracking or buckling and everything on the car works with no issues. Among the interior and exterior modifications is the addition of an Eaton roots supercharger configured for six pounds of boost and run through an air-to-water intercooler. All told, this combination accounts for 360 hp at 5,250 rpm and 375 lb-ft of torque at 3,000 rpm. The car is a blast to drive and will dip into the high 12 second quarter mile range. Under the hood is very clean. This is a fantastic color combination that only 20 were made into stage 3s. The car runs great with no issues that we have found. The only thing that the car will need soon is new tires due to some dry rot and wear. The current mileage shows 18,000 and the VIN number is 1FAFP42X91F216831. The Carfax is clean and shows no prior accidents or issues. |
