Show is on grass at the Elgin Community Center at 10th and Baltimore Streets. There are trophies and plaques and cash awards for class winners. The is just one of the many events happening at The Elgin Riverfest Celebration, catapult contest, yard sales, quilt show, art show, and kid games.
