Event Dates: July 20, 2013 - July 20, 2013 Location: Pine Village, Indiana
The 2013 Pine Village Summerfest is being held July 20th at Willer-Hooker Park, Pine Village IN (SR 55). The day begins with town wide yard sales at 8:00 am. We will hold our 4th Annual Car/Truck/Motorcycle Show in the park. This will be a great opportunity to view the area's best classic cars. Registration starts at 9:00 am. Dash plaques will be given to the first 50 enterants. Plaques and trophies will be awarded for the Top 25 Cars/Trucks, Top 2 Motorcycles, "Sumerfest Choice" , Best of Show and Top Veterans Pick. Please come out and join us in honoring our "Volunteer Firefighters". Prizes will be awarded throughout the day and trophies will be presented at 2:00pm. The Purdue University "Boilermaker Express" will be giving free rides around town starting at 9:00 am. The Barbeque Chicken Dinner will be held at the community fire station from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm. The beer/wine garden will open around noon. Food will also be available for purchase. Live music begins at 6:30 pm. Live Country Rock music provided by "Silverswitch" at 9:00 pm. There will be Fireworks at dark (Weather permitted) All proceeds help raise money for the Pine Village Community Fund and Support the Volunteer Fire Department.
