The Pender Highlanders Pipeband is hosting the 7th annual Show & Shine. To be held at Karl Hamson's fields (behind the Community Hall), open to cars, trucks, motorcycles, and memorabilia (we had a two man chain saw last year). This is a fund raiser for the pipeband, and we play hourly during the show. It runs from 11:00am to 3:00pm. There is a Beer Garden and smokie stand open. Next door is a Farmers Market. Admission to the Show is by donation, there are no prizes, this is strictly a social. Last year we had 50 cars, 20 motorcycles, and a great time!Prior to the Show, vehicles are invited to gather at Browning Marina's parking lot to parade at 10:30 to Karl's feilds.
