The mission of the Memorial Festival is to create a fun and inclusive atmosphere while raising funds to support the survivor family of any fallen SAPD officer when their name is placed on the national memorial wall. Location: SAPD Training Academy Driving Track, 12200 SE Loop 410 Event Times: 11 am to 4 pm; Car Show arrival 9am to 1pm; AWARDS 3pm $25 per veh registration BIKE CATEGORIES!!! KIDS PLAY AREA AND OPEN CAR SHOW!!!!!
