After the 6:30pm FRIDAY NIGHT FREE CONCERT, The Gold City Classic Car Club is hosting a SATURDAY MORNING FREE MOUNTAIN CRUISE OUT with stops at BABYLAND GENERAL (for the ladies), a FROGTOWN CELLARS luncheon and a visit to CRISSON GOLD MINE for a panning demonstration. Stay for dinner at one of thirteen restaurants ranging from quick & quaint to relaxing and romantic..
STAY OVER OR JUST COME UP FOR THE SUNDAY CAR SHOW on North Georgia College's campus immediately off Dahlonega’s Historic Square (50 yards from the Smith House) with cash prizes and UPSCALE(unique)awards from the Mayor in the 5pm DOWNTOWN PARADE. (The $25 Show runs from 10am to 5pm).
Dine out (or picnic on the grass) before DAHLONEGA'S FIREWORKS right over our heads. We have room for over 250 cars in North Georgia College’s Main Lot (15/16) right next to the main entry to the Square(on Chestatee St). Expect lots of spectators, a DJ and wandering musicians and Holiday Sales for the Ladies.. A perfect mountain air shopping and dining venue. |
