| VANCOUVER ALL BRITISH FIELD MEET (23rd annual), VanDusen Garden, Oak & 37th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C. The annual celebration of the British motorcar is the largest in Western Canada with close to 600 cars on display. More than 50 classes, including British bikes, and first-, second- and third-place awards in each class. Special draws include a trip for two to Britain, courtesy Zoom Airlines. Car registration cost: $25 for 1st car, $20 for additional entries. Motorcycles: $12 each. Poster, goody bag and dash plaque for participants.
