The 26th Annual Bakersfield Toy Run and Food Drive to benefit The Salvation Army of Kern County will be held onSunday, December 13th 2009
This Year’s Events will be in Memory of Jim & Debbie Harmon Co-founders of the Bakersfield Toy Run and Food Drive
All motorcyclist and auto enthusiast of all types are asked to gather at Beach Park at Oak and 21st street starting at 7:00 am for a group parade to the Kern County Fairgrounds at 10:00 am.
Entrance fee is one new unwrapped toy and one non-Perishable food item or $20.00 donation per person. There will be Live Musical Entertainment, Food, Refreshments, Vendors, Toy Run T-shirts and Run Pins, A Large variety of Door prizes with Items donated from Advanced Beverages, Tuff Shed, IKEA, and many other merchants throughout Kern County. There will also be a 50/50 drawing.
All the proceeds will be donated to those less fortunate families here in Kern County through To the Salvation Army.
This event is open to the entire community and everyone is urged to attend.
